Refund Policy for Product Purchases

Our refund policy is described in our 90 Day Money-Back Guarantee:

Within ninety (90) days of the date you submit your product order you can request a refund and receive all of your money back with no questions asked!

If you purchased a physical product (book, CD, DVD, etc.), you will need to send the product back to us in a resalable condition. Your refund will be processed immediately following our receipt of the returned product.

Please note that this refund policy does NOT pertain to any of our Services, including 80/20 Sales Leader monthly membership fees.

If you cancel your 80/20 Sales Leader membership, the cancellation will take effect 30 days from the date of your most recent payment. If you cancel during a trial period, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the trial period. After you have processed your cancellation you will NOT be billed for any further monthly membership fees. However, we will NOT refund any monthly membership fees that were paid prior to the cancellation.
